Paul George on the Thunder's 0-2 start: "It's no panic, we've got one of the best players coming back to our team at some point. But I take a lot pressure on that. I've still got to get this group ready to go."

Billy Donovan: "We were way too easy to guard. The ball was never moved."

Clippers beat Thunder 108-92 for 1st win of season

Danilo Gallinari and Tobias Harris scored 26 points each and the Los Angeles Clippers rallied in the fourth quarter to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 108-92 on Friday night for their first win of the season.

Boban Marjanovic only played 16 minutes, but he completely changed the fourth quarter as Doc Rivers went with him down the stretch. With the Thunder shooting miserably (Paul George 7-27 shooting, Dennis Schroder 2-15), and Boban patrolling the paint there weren't many alternative options to score. This is where, among many areas, where Russell Westbrook makes such an impact. He's a quality midrange shooting out of a pick-and-roll and can attack bigs like Boban and draw fouls. OKC is 0-2 with the Kings on Sunday, and a hope Westbrook will be back for it.

The Thunder have done an admirable job of getting by without Russell Westbrook combined with Paul George and Dennis Schroder struggling mightily with their shots, but as the Clippers pull away in crunchtime it appears to caught up to them.

It started pretty rough for the Thunder, going down 16-0 to the Clippers in the opening couple minutes, but behind a solid bench spark from Alex Abrines they've come back to only trail by two at half. All while Paul George struggled with his jumper, scoring just 4 points on 2-11 shooting.
