Ravens play of the day: Joe Flacco made an unreal throw to Chris Moore that traveled about 70 yards in the air. Rolling to his right at his own 28–yard line, Flacco threw to left side of the field, where he connected with Moore inside the 5-yard line. There are not too many quarterbacks who have that level of arm strength.

Ravens quote of the day: Ravens coach John Harbaugh on tight end Darren Waller, who practiced for first time Saturday after a year-long suspension: “I love him, but like I told him, I'm going to be the hardest guy on him of anybody. I'm going to be on him every single day, because he has a lot to prove.”

Ravens play of the day: John Brown continues to be the best wide receiver in training camp. He made three highlight-reel catches on Saturday. His best was diving to pull in a 30-yard pass from Joe Flacco along the right sideline.

John Harbaugh tapped into "The Office" when asked about the lack of injuries this summer for the Ravens: "We should just leave that alone — not that we're superstitious. What's the old saying [from] Michael Scott? I'm not superstitious. But I am a little stitious."

Flacco, Jackson lead TD drives as Ravens beat Rams 33-7

Joe Flacco threw a touchdown pass on his only series of the game, rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson ran for a score and the Baltimore Ravens rolled to a 33-7 preseason victory over the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday night.

Ravens first-round pick Lamar Jackson looked more comfortable than his NFL debut a week ago, leading Baltimore to scores on half of his eight drives against the Rams on Thursday night (three field goals and one touchdown). His best play was a highlight-reel, nine-yard run in which he faked out two Rams defenders to reach the end zone. Jackson still needs to be more consistent with his throws. He completed 7 of 18 passes (39 percent) for 119 yards. But Jackson and the Ravens have to be pleased with how Jackson limited his mistakes. This was a solid step forward for Jackson, who is looking to beat out Robert Griffin III to become Joe Flacco's primary backup for the start of the regular season.

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson looks more comfortable tonight than his first preseason game. Perhaps the biggest reason why: Jackson played behind a third-team offensive line last week and he's working behind the starting offensive line tonight. Jackson is getting much more time in the pocket in leading Baltimore to a touchdown and a field goal on his first two series.

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson provided electricity on his first drive of the night. His first pass was a 36-yard completion to Chris Moore and his last play was a nine-yard touchdown run. He reached the end zone with a stutter step to elude one Rams defender and then used a cutback to score.

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is coming into the game for Baltimore's second series. The former Heisman Trophy winner had been taking second-team reps this week in practice. This is an early entrance for Jackson, who played in the second half in last week's Hall of Fame game.

Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco continued a strong summer by looking very sharp on his first drive of the preseason. He was 5-of-7 for 70 yards and hit Patrick Ricard for a 6-yard touchdown. Flacco got his new targets involved early. He hit Michael Crabtree for 30 yards, connected with John Brown for 17 yards and found Hayden Hurst for 12 yards.

Play of day at Ravens camp: Janarion Grant used a terrific jump cut to elude a handful of Rams on a punt return. Grant then held the ball out in his extended right hand to taunt, which led to him getting ripped by special teams coordinator Jerry Rosburg.

Ravens tight end Darren Waller has been reinstated by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell after being suspended for all of last year for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Waller is on the field but isn't suited up for practice. To make room on the 90-man roster, Ravens waived injured wide receiver Jaelon Acklin.

As Rams cornerback Aqib Talib walks out to a joint practice with the Ravens, one player from Baltimore's Woodlawn High School asked him: "Where's the chain at?" This is in reference to Talib's run-ins with wide receiver Michael Crabtree.
